Great location, and comfortable beds for a quick stopover and visit to Kumamoto castle. Filthy carpet, outdated bathroom even on renovated 9th floor.

The hotel is located next to Kumamoto station. Transportation is very easy both locally and going to other places. There are many restaurants inside the station with lots of dining options. Like it.

We stayed in Kumamoto for three nights. Rooms were spacious and clean. It was sweet they provided a little bag for my son with slippers. The staff was friendly and spoke English. I enjoyed extra clean towels each day. The breakfast buffet had a lot of selections for western type food but was more pricey than I would have liked to spend. This hotel was walking distance to the train station which was very convenient for us. Overall, I enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Property is next to the Amu Shopping mall, train, bus and tram station. Very convenient.

Super spacious room. Amazing. Lots of storage spaces. Very comfortable. Bathroom little dated. Otherwise perfect. Awesome location next to train station.
