The place was perfect! The space was big, the bed was big and the toilet was big! We felt really comfortable and made the mistake of staying inside for far too long when Kumamoto has so much to offer. It was also walkable to the castle and the shopping arcade. There was even a massage chair in our room! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will stay in other Daiwa hotels in our future stay.

Hotel location is near to shopping area and many eateries within walking distance. It's near to another Daiwa Roynet hotel which is near the big junction. The hotel parking is a bit difficult to find. Room is clean and bed is comfy. Overall a good stay.

チェックインの方法がシステム化されていて、新しいホテルという印象です。室内も広くアメニティも揃っていて完璧でした。特にバスルームでシャワーがブースではなく、でもユニットバスでもない広々とした造りでゆったり入浴できました。排水にも工夫されていて安心です。フロントにバスソルトやヘアオイルも完備!
ひとつ残念だったのがフロントで案内されたお店のクーポンです。現金のみの記載は無いのにクレカなら割引できないと言われ納得できないものが残りました。
