Emergency Stairway was locked during the earthquake. Not appreciated using the elevator during a quake. Informed stafff about it but nobody bothered.

The staff were friendly and the location is pretty good, just next to the shopping area.

We had a quad and it was very spacious and lovely decor. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel immensely.
