"チェックインの際、外国の方だったので戸惑いがありました。アメニティや浴衣の説明がなく、後から気付いて取りに行きました。温泉は泉質がいいのか、お肌つるつるしっとりしていました。食事も美味しかったです。炊き込みごはんは米が何か違うような気がしましたが味は美味しかったです。朝の白米はつやつやでしておそらく新米でした。貸切湯が宿泊者は半額ということでしたが、ここは無料の宿が多いので無料にするべきだと思いました。お部屋は清潔感もありよかったです。割引きで安く泊まれてこのクオリティまた泊まりたいと思えました、チェックアウトも11時で朝もゆったり準備できました。お世話になりましたありがとうございました。"

"This house is great! The pictures are exactly what you get. The only downfall was the location, outside the control of the owner, is on a busy road so the traffic woke us in the morning. But the house and host were great besides that!"

"The flat is more spacious than I expected and we appreciated the washer and balcony equipped for drying clothes. The kitchen area is very small so it was hard to cook. The futons were very comfortable on the mezzanine level and, although the fan helped, it was very hot during the summer to sleep as the a/c does not reach that high. Location was excellent for exploring Kumamoto"

"The location is a 2-minute walk from the train station, making it accessible to anything in the city. I worked every morning and toured the city and neighboring communities in the afternoon. It was perfect! I had one glitch with the WiFi, and the staff fixed it immediately. They helped with planning, bus routes, etc. The laundry was simple to use and convenient. This was the only hotel I stayed where breakfast was included. It was tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel! "
