Air con not working. Have wind only not cool at all.

-clogged sink
-no tissue provided
-old air conditioner, make noises when turn on
-kettle provided by hotel is broken. when asking for replacement, hotel only provide the next day
-not enough lighting in the room
-no plug & table by the side of the bed. inconvenient to charge the phone
