前日利用者のゴミとタオルが残っていました。部屋は湿気があり床が結露しました。そしてエアコンの音がうるさかったです。

Don't Book!
Posted 21 Oct 2019 on HotelsHotel doesn't exists. Hotels.com unwilling to provide a refund. The hotel is 200km away but wrong address is given.

Hotel ini lokasi di kuantan bukan di bentong seperti yang diiklan kan. Satu penipuan yang jelas. Saya sudah ditipu oleh expedia. Saya tidak check in hotel ini kerana saya mahu menginap di bentong dan bukannya kuantan. Sila pulang wang bayaran saya semula.

Front desk poor service,no toiletries,shabby towel
