Overall is good. But it is difficult to connect WiFi. Hotel should improve of this. I had been stayed this hotel since last year. I never success to connect the WiFi. I hope hotel can improve on this.

Generally speaking, the hotel is reasonably good given its price. The room is quite clean and the staffs are very friendly. The parking space is really ample and great. On the con side, the bed is hard and the breakfast is pretty simple. If we need a short stop over in Kuantan, I will choose the E-Red hotel again!

The cafe

overall is good. The cafe does not provide debit or credit card as payment method. If you have a meeting inside the hotel, you need to prepare some cash to buy food or drink.
