The room, unfortunately, got downgraded from what I've booked a week before my stay. Was promised to refund but haven't done it yet

Spacious room but not so clean, old equipment. Breakfast was good with variety of food. But overall just average hotel, I won’t come back again.

1 night at Duyong Marina Resort
Posted 21 Mar 2022 on HotelsWe stayed for a night at the Chalet Serambi. Externally the facilities looks okay but inside were terrible. Our room was poorly maintained, aircond unit was noisy, the bedsheet was not clean, iron is broken, in summary the facilities need to be upgraded and refurbished. Not worth of 5 star hotel.
