Just if you had to and no choice at all then you may proceed to book. 1. Staff- very unwelcoming, the man was just playing with phone and the girl didn’t smile at all and ask for guest details and took so long to key in data. Customer service 0. Didnt greet guest. 2. Facilities-poor. Bedsheets have black stain, smelly, old 3. Cockroaches everywhere in the room 4. The stairs alley to lift very smelly 5. They gave us towels inside bags on check in but we didnt hear to give them back at the lobby once check out. The request wasn’t clear and not written anywhere in check in instructions. 6. Iron outside room at the alley shared with others 7. We paid MYR 400 for 2 nights and it’s so unacceptable with the price with the experience we had. Conclusion- check the reviews, and if you really dont have anywhere to stay in puchong then you may. Next time we will just choose somewhere more comfortable even further from our event. Bad experience. Stay because all other hotels walk in are full that night. If not we will just walk away.
