It is indeed a hotel budget with low price and for me quite convenient with food stalls nearby. Overall good

Pros: Helpful staffs.
Cons: The water/pipes quality and cleanliness of the floor in the room.
Location: Very close to UPM, easy to get food.
Rooms were occupied, the staff arranged another one for me. Staffs are very helpful. Pleasant stay except the floor was very oily and the environment was a bit noisy because the hotel is close to the highway and the walls are not sound proof. Think the water/pipes quality can be improved too. Not sure if it's just me, the water has some smell and my skin felt itchy after taking shower. Recommended for short stays.
