Location is very central, close to shops and restaurants. Shopping malls are at walking distance. Good for family with kids. We took double bedroom and it suited us well.
Staffs are welcoming and very helpful.

Its the 3rd time i stayed here, not much has changed in the last 10 years. The staff and manageress were very friendly and helpful. The dining and bar is currently been renovated but work was stopped and not much was happening for a while.

Cigarette smoke filled our shower room on one night. Water was cold on 2 mornings out of 3 making showering unpleasant.

Comfortable spacious room in the lively area of Bukit Bintang. Bed was huge and comfortable. Shower had great water pressure.
