Not a good service

Book for a different room but get a different room. The service is really bad, we have to call them alot of time to just ask for the iron board and end up never sent and even for extra bed they even did not set up for us. No invoice being given for the deposit and during the checkout time, we have to call them to pass back the key. Not a good stay

Though I had doubts because of the low ratings, I had no other choice but to trust my decision in booking a room with them as I have stayed directly with Berjaya Times Square Hotel previously. Surprisingly everything else was the same - room, breakfast, housekeeping, etc. Though I had booked a Family Room Apartment with 2 bedrooms, I was disappointed as it was not available at the time of check in. Was given 2 separate Studio Rooms instead. But it was still spacious, and the rooms that were given was just opposite of each other - still convenient for my family. The set back we had is the poor wifi connection. It is slow and keeps loading and re-connecting every now and then. (But this can be avoided by purchasing a Malaysia prepaid sim card for data usage) Besides Wifi, the check-in is not done at the hotel reception. As this is a third-party company, we need to call up the apartment directly to arrange a check in at the Service Suite area. Best if you call before you arrive so as you won't wait too long to check-in. Overall, it was alright and a comfortable stay for a 3 days 2 nights getaway.

TERRIBLE APARTMENT - WON'T COME BACK AGAIN

TERRIBLE STAY 1. TOILET LIGHT NO BULB, SINK STUCK ,TOWEL DIRTY AND BIG SPOILED FRIDGE LEFT BESIDE THE MAIN DOOR. 2. ROOM WAS SMELL DISGUSTING . EVEN OUTSIDE THE CORRIDOR ALL THE WHILE TO LIFT AREA. 3. KITCHEN ALL STUFF THERE FULL OF DUST AND NO ONE DARE TO TOUCH IT 4. THE SMALL ROOM AIRCOND NOT COLD AT ALL. WE OPEN ALL THE DOOR WHEN WE SLEEP TO GET SOME AIR. WILL NOT COME BACK AGIAN

Comfort and convenient stay for business trip

Basically is okay only the hotel room need to upgrade as it looked old with the wall paint peel off and piping leakahe although no serious.

Room was supposed to be cleaned daily but wasnt and have to complain to get the bare minimum done. Toilet could not flush and have to send an urgent request to get it fixed.

Nightmare trying to check-in

Got confused this place with Berjaya Times Square hotel. The complex has 2 main towers, this was located on the opposite tower where there is no lobby or reception as it is a serviced apartment, not a hotel suite. Was a nightmare trying to check-in because being a tourist, I didn't have a mobile phone to call, so I had to scramble around to find a phone to call the owner.

Terrible and disgusting experience

We were told that the apartment is fully booked and were assigned to a hotel room that belongs to another company. But it doesn't mean that we deserve cockroaches crawling on the floor under our bed, bad odoured bathroom, dusty furnitures and unvacuumed, tired room. All kinds of hairs on the bed linen, and the bed linen looked wrinkled as if it has not been changed! We almost walked out the door but it was in the middle of the night so I didn't want to make go through all the fuss of changing hotel. Slept with a lot of clothes on through the night worrying that those cockroaches would climb up to the bed. No hot water even thought we switched it on for the whole night. No Wifi in the room, only WiFi connection is in the corner near the front door (which we sat on the floor to received it). The 'cleaned towels' smelled like sweat/ men's smell, and I didn't not dare to wipe my face with it. The hotel room was so disgusting that I think it doesn't match the price value AT ALL. You will get cleaner and tidier room with <20€ just around the corner of Time Square ( where we have stayed before). We complained but the personnel didn't seem to care much about it, only saying that the room is from another company without even apologising. Very disappointing.
