Absolute disaster from the minute we arrived only to be told our room had been given to someone else, was our anniversary trip ended up with 2 single beds, a bunch of hidden taxes we allegedly had not paid and were basically told if we didn’t like the room offered we could simply leave and find something else, aside from the location I have absolutely no positives to offer about my stay, the property or the rude staff, room cleanliness not up to standard.

great hotel shame about some of the guests
Posted 30 Jan 2020 on HotelsThe hotel is in a very good spot. Thankfully managed to get parking as there isn't a lot of it. The pol is nice enough. The only issues being that some guests use the roof to dry their clothes draped underpants are not good clean or otherwise. I witnessed several guests in the pool in their underwear too. and others drinking and eating in the pool (yes in the water) so a bit of supervision up there might not go a miss or clearer signage.
