The overall accomodation was awesome....only few things need to be improved such as wardrobe to hang clothed and place to hang wet shirts and shorts after swimming. Surely will repeat to stay here again

kind a hard to find ur unit bcause u have to change the lif to another building. kind of confused for a knew comer

Hotels.com not syncronize their information to OYO

I booked this room and unfortunately when I arrived to the property the staff inform me it was overbooked. And they didn't received notification on the OYO system. I am very disappointed and overall not reliable using hotels.com app. This is 2nd time I experience for the same property. Everytime I Booked OYO room at Arte Plus ampang there is an issue for reservation. This should not happened after the first time I complained. To hotels.con Please do something on it. As a solution hotels.com arrange for another room at other different hotel. Which is not our preferable place and our trip was totally messed up. The replacement roon is below our expectation and we are not happy with the stay.
