Tooooooooo noisy coz nearby got construction and it is facing main road.

Firstly i reach and wanted to check in the staff told me they didn’t received anything from expedia regarding my booking,they told then only accept booking from oyo website itself but they still gave me a normal room which not the duplex i paid for without any payment as they will claim from expedia? Im okay with it as im too tired from my flight and journey to hotel. I went straight to my room and found out there’s no fridge and safe box for my item and no hangers to hang my clothes. I was too tired to even ask so i went straight to bed. After i woke up i found out their wifi system is down until my 3rd night there the wifi is fix. My last day when i check out they told me i have to pay extra 40 ringgit for the facility i use which i dont know what exactly they mean by that and thought they could have informed me upon check in but then it was deducted by my 30 ringgit deposit so i have to pay 10 ringgit more to make it 40 ringgit. Overall the staff are friendly just that the communication between OYO systems and Expedia systems needs to be fix in the future.

Very good hotel, bit they don't clean our room. At least please make once a day. So that customers rooms always clean and make then happy.

This hotel is near to everything. LRT, Bus station, the Free Go KL Purple bus, Petaling street and Central Market are just few meters away. A lot of eateries and convenient stores nearby. Even souvenir shirts are much cheaper in the store beside this hotel. Mydin supermarket where you can buy imported chocolates is just walking distance. Merdeka Square is also very near. KL Sentral is just 1 station away. The staff especially Devia was very nice and replies to our concern. They also allowed us to check in early. Drinking hot and cold water is also available. The only thing I don't like is the stairs going up because the reception is on the second floor but after that they have a lift going up to the rooms.
