was not like the photos, old furniture, smelly apartment, lot of cockroaches and insects in the room

When I came into the room, I was really satisfied with the condition of the room. Then, when I took out the pot from the drawer, it became a nightmare because of cockroach... After then, I could see many cockroaches everywhere and everytime... And inside microwave was really dirty even I heard everything is ready for you before C/I! And room cleaning! I paid for 50 RM for it but when I came back, I couldn't find any difference. They just did empty the trashbin only...

At first the access card can only pass one person and another person need to wait for next turn using one access card. Second, the tv remote is not function. Next, it is good to have washing machine inside but there is no laundry soap and dryer.

Charging RM40 for cleaning fees whereas the place is not clean at all. There are hair on the drain, the toilet bowl cover is dusty and there are roaches running around kitchen area. WiFi is not working at all. Complaint to the PIC and no response from her.
