Check in was a gong show
Room was a 27c until the A/C kicked in after changing the air filter! Not pleasant
Room modern and well fitted for the stay
Shower amazing as were the products
Fridge not cold and bed ok
Will NOT remember fondly

The room service is terrible - two days I stayed and both times they messed up. Really need to work there. Hotel is good

Nice hotel but they will need to check the room properly before letting guest check-in into the room. The lifts definitely needs upgrading, is too slow and there is only 4 available
