Room was not clean as comment i saw. Property abit old, Hotel didn't provide parking for guest, car strictly park in front of hotel but is road side or you need to pay for RM5 for parking beside hotel.

basin and toilet water flow very slow. the cleaning service after informing the counter, the cleaner did not turn up for cleaning and reason was given that he will do the check out first but it did not turn up for the whole day

It's a terrible experience! The night employee clearly did not want to work (girl). We were given a room on the sixth floor which was very stuffy, and there was a strong smell of mold, mushrooms ... this is unsafe for health! all the walls were in dark spots and the ceiling too. The air conditioner was blowing warm air even though it was cold. there were dark long hair on the floor. We asked to change the room. we were given a room on the 5th floor. there was also a musty smell and the ceiling was stained, there was hair in the bathroom drain. and then, unexpectedly for Malaysia, you could hear a dog howling, as if in the next room. The air conditioner was making a very loud noise from time to time. And those were rooms with a window! without a window, I can’t even imagine what the humidity is like there! The hotel needs a big renovation and competent ventilation! We went to another hotel and are very happy about it! I don't recommend anyone to stay here.
