This property is very well maintained. It is clean and well maintained. It has facilities to cater for large meetings or offsite meetings. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the Wifi needs to be improved as connection is really slow.

This hotel very nice and large lobby- far away from Kul airport than on site say- room nice - bed comfortable / but bath towel very very old -color change to old yellow not white towel any mote - no face towel - we found few cockroach in washroom even the building very fancy deco - need more clean and sanitize more 1 star

Stay for one night during Chinese New year. Everything was fine not until the buffet breakfast and it was horrible experience. The staff let us in into the dining hall and got search for 20 minutes to get a table. My two sons who are studying at nearby university joined us for breakfast and got to paid RM 38 per pax and definitely not worth it. Replenishment was slow for food and drinks. Also their dining staff are short handed. The worst buffet I had experience in a hotel.
