It was disappointing to know that the hotel was closed since July 2019 through neighboring shops. Payment has been made online through Expedia.

I request all tourist and foreigners not to stay at this hotel. They have hidden charges and staff is not cooperative. I am regretting my stay.

Terrible
Posted 14 Jun 2018The facilities was so bad . The aircond is not working . The room & bathroom is dirty . The room is so small & not comfortable at all . The room is so hot and i cannot sleep at all . I was once called the staff but they didn't repair at all . It was a very bad experienced that i've ever had . I'll never recommended it to anyone . The water heater is broken & cannot be used ! I even have to struggle to take a shower . Oh God . So terrible

Pros: Nearby pwtc
Cons: Towel is smelly. Please be clean and comfort
Its hotel ..not motel or budget hotel
Location: No parking
No toiletries provide even towel, have to ask the receptionist
Unprofesional management
The stuff is messy
Only a late night n during check out stuff is okay
