Good location Slow water pressure

There were no welcome drink and snacks. Room smelled bad

Location is the best if you are visiting around masjid jamek, dataran merdeka, jalan Tun Abdul Razak. Cleanliness can be improved espcially in family room. No parking area the nearest is about 3 minutes walking and the chages quiit expensive Rm50 per day. No drop off area for guest to load down luggage.

W. Stands..for. What a Waste.

Well the bed was v-comfortable & nice. The shower head & water pressure. Good. But TV not working, oni 1 local channel was clear enough to watch, reported to frontdesk about it, a bangladeshi national was sent attend to it..he told me anttena problem, nothing can be done so sorry..& he dissapeard. Ceiling of room had alot of holes the size of $1coins.v-noisy in the daytime wif the traffic & LRT train's pullingoff & stopping @M,jamek station nex to it.Local area everyting v-convenient there's KFC Mc. D. Watson, sundry,laundry & a pub nearby.Not worth the price i paid for.. try not book a stay there..unless in a desparate situation.

Unique because it is a convenience location. The drawback is not every front desk employee are as good as Munir and Nadia

Convenient location is the hotel best feature. And most staff like Munir and Nadia were excellent. The one feature that they can improve is other than Munir and Nadia ( who were very good), the other counter staff needs to be more attentive and be more knowledgeable like Munir and Nadia. One staff ( not Munir and Nadia) sent me to a wrong location. Instead of pretending that he knew the place I was looking for, he could have just said " I don't know or I am sorry for I do not have such knowledge) The other staff ( but Munir and Nadia) did big even know how to locate the record of my stay. I booked my hotel until August 19 but he kept saying I need to checked out on August 14th. Again, Munir and Nadia should be the manager of this place. They are just great staff! Thank you
