Best hotel in kl we have stayed in Next to all shopping outlets and eateries Excellent staff Didi and Khai were most welcoming Amran at the concierge desk helped us with our online flight check in The room is very spacious The bed so comfortable the bedding first class Towels soft n fluffy Fruits and flowers to welcome us Will definitely stay here again my next visit to kl

Our one bedroom apartment had a lot of stains on the walls and furniture.It wasn't Four Season's standard clean.

Amazing Stay
Posted 1 Jan 2024 on HotelsWe got upgraded from a park view club room to a junior suite, super happy about it especially since it's new year's eve. They prepared a birthday cake for my girlfriend and a special new year's eve cake. The executive club lounge is great, tons of food selection and special dinner buffet menu. Gym has lots of equipments and great view. Very impressed by the breakfast buffet as well, largest selection of breakfast foods I've ever seen. Great service and friendly staff. Strongly recommend this hotel for any sort of celebrations
