The communication was terrible because the host forgot to communicate with me prior to my check in. When I arrived at the property, I have to wait for almost an hour to be able to check in to the unit after making numerous calls to Expedia etc. When we entered the unit, it was dirty and unpleasant. When I texted the host about it, the replied was the cleaner was away and they will try to improve this aspect in near future, but the fact is that i have been deprived this round during my stay. Another major issue is THE BED cleanliness. Me and my partner got bitten by bed bugs and suffered from itchy skin throughout, we were forced to get up at 5am to get a new bed sheet from friend nearby in order to have better rest. My whole experience was awful and extremely dissatisfied!
