Lantai tandas sumbat,air bertakung. Rsanya ting 5 hingga 7 air bertakung. Sbb klau ddk d tingkat 2 n 3 xd masalah apa lantai nya.

Front desk staffers are very helpful,they let us check in early,help luggage’s bring to the room,bring down luggage to lobby when check out,help book Grab ride,we recommend hotel to friends & family,keep up the good work

Accomodation is good. My family likes the room.perfect with sofa convertible to bed.

Worst Putrajaya Hotel

The hotel is too old to charge like a 4star rate. The room smells old n over used. The bed got bed bugs cos i woke up with spots and sore eyes due to bed bugs. The pillow is like been uses for thousands of time. The walk way is old This hotel room should be price rm50-100 then its worth the stay.

Room a bit smelly, requested changed room. 2nd room was not bad, hotel looks a bit run down. Halfway carpet smell damped . Food wasn’t great at the restaurant 3rd floor too.
