When I reached is about mid night and is heavy rain. I tried to open the door is locked then pressing the door bell, the staff didn't open door. After few knock then only he press the button to open the door. When I asked him why never press the button earlier because is raining heavily outside and I'm wet, he said I didn't push the door. Not sure what kind of reason he provided, next time I would rather stay at Sun Inn next few blocks away only.

Traffic very jammed area ! Very hard to find car parking lot !

Free parking as stated but only 2 parking lots. Ve

Room was okay ie clean tidy. But staffs can do with more training. Ask them to give me a wake up call in the morning but didn't call at all. Ask them for help with the parking tucket but say they don't know. Then what else do they know. Have to wake up early just to pay for the council parking ticket if not will get a summons from them. Very inconvenient for guests in the morning.
