I always use this hotel due its priviliged location, unfortunately this time, the room smelt like tabacco and both phones were not working.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was ok, not much information about the hotel's facilities and services. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided in the room were of high quality. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city.
The buffet breakfast at the hotel was really bad, with no food display and very limited. Overall, my stay at the Ascott Hotel was good. Rating 5/3

The staff was friendly and helpful. The area was close to the KLCC Park and nightly water show. Walking distance to the Petronis Towers. Aquarium was walking. Also the hop on and off bus has 2 stops close to the hotel.

The room was comfortable, the gym was excellent, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The location was ideal for access to the Convention Center, Petronas Twin Towers and other center city attractions. The breakfast at the adjacent Bodega was somewhat limited, but the staff were accommodating.
