The staff was really nice and kind. Atmosphere of the hotel was amazing. Breakfast was perfect.

We thought the room was very comfortable, and the location was great for us. Have no comments on amenities, or eco friendliness, and didn't look around the entire property.
We thought the breakfast was very good, and the room was very good value for the money.
We didn't spend a lot of time in Kristianstad, but we liked what we saw.

An okay stay
Posted 2 Jun 2022 on HotelsThe hotel is a short and easy walk from the station, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice.
The room was clean but basic/dated.
I’m unsure if it was a one off as I’ve not seen it mentioned in other reviews, but there seemed to be a nightclub very nearby as there was really loud music playing until 3am on both Friday and Saturday night (to the point where the room felt like it was vibrating) I would suggest taking earplugs/asking to not face the street if you are a light sleeper.

After the approach, it goes downhill
Posted 23 Nov 2020 on HotelsBeautiful building, super location, lovely staff. Unfortunately it ends here. The hotel needs a massive programme of refurbishment. the old girl is dying on her feet through lack of investment. I'm no keyboard warrior and I don't post negative reviews in general but this building, this location, these members of staff deserve a hotel they can be proud of. Right now it's a long way off.
