Not what we expected
Posted 28 Feb 2024 on HotelsBed okay. Floor not vacuumed in room. Poor breakfast. No spa/pool working. Some staff friendly, others don't even greet you or thank you that you stayed with them when checking out. As a guest/client I expect more.

No pool, no jacuzzi, awful breakfast
Posted 22 Feb 2024 on HotelsLooks like their pool and Jacuzzi is broken all the time. Booked months ago, they could have sent an email informing customers.
Don’t advertise then that you have a pool and jacuzzi. After a ski day you want a jacuzzi! Also, the breakfast is terrible. No fruits. Only good thing is the view from the breakfast room

We have been coming here for years. The beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly. But their hot tub and pool is usually out of service every year we come here which is disappointing because after a day of riding, a hot tub would feel great.

Don’t rag on your guests
Posted 4 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe man that was there was constantly telling us about how the fire marshal would be upset if we parked by the door to unload? What? Do you think we care, we are unloading our things into our room and we have to hear about what the fire Marshal thinks? We’re tired and don’t want to hear about it. We just got to your property and are being ragged on. Hello? Not good!
