Too many surprises...
Posted 11 Sep 2019 on HotelsRoom was handed over with a blocked sink and broken light bulb in bathroom. Had to wait until day after arrival for repair.
Incorrect information shown on Hotels.com web site requiried us to make an international telephone call to arrange arrival as it said that there was no reception desk. Also web site advised that room was accessed from outside corridoor. On arrival found none of this to be true.
Advertised as access to the pool was included in the room rate, but found you had to pay extra for a towel.
Excellent sauna facilities at extra charge (made available free as compensation for above experiences)
Generous parking and great location

Nice hotel, good food and swimming, bad wifi
Posted 17 Jul 2017 on HotelsGood reasonably-priced hotel in beautiful surroundings. Great view of the mountains from the dining room. A lot of variety at both breakfast and dinner, and enough choice for even the most pickiest people to find something to eat. The swimming pool is also highly recommended. Our one big complaint is that there was no wifi in the rooms, only in the public areas.

Thank you for your comment - it is appreciated and you are correct about the Wi Fi. We are preparing a plan to cover the hotel better with Wi Fi signal as it is too weak - these works are foreseen for October.

Nice hotel, good facilities, beautiful location

The service was very good, particularly at reception where my bill was reduced by €50 per night without my asking as I was alone but had booked a double.
