Posted 1 Nov 2020 on HotelsThe hotel was fairly empty cause of COVID but they still hadn’t managed to do up the extra bed for our son. A light in the room was broken and we had only small towels. The breakfast staff and food is very good and safe.

The property seemed dated. We just picked the wrong hotel for our intended purpose...it would appeal to younger families interested in the waterpark but our plans were to explore the old city and the history of the area . The location was inconvenient.

everyone tried to help. Breakfast was excellent enough choices for everyone. Location is practical, pool very large.
But the lighting structure in the room was complicated for me.

No hot water. We arrived after long trip and the shower in the room was very hard to operate and no hot water!! For the money and for the name Wyndham this is not what I would expect.

Good hotel
Posted 20 Jan 2017 on HotelsHidden cost added to total price as in reservation they said parkibg free and they invoiced 8 euros extra on room charges. Also swimming pool is not free

We charge € 7.00 per night.” and for swimming bath (inside pool): The swimming bath can be used by all hotel guests free of charge from 07:30 am to 09:30 am daily. From 09:30 am is the use of swimming bath chargeable. Also chargeable is the change from the swimming bath to the water paradise “Seestern”.
