The only thing is it on a negative side that all rooms are locate it on a third floor and there is no elevator. If you don’t mains that then it’s great place to stay.

Great place, very clean, stuff friendly. Location was just perfect, close to main square and everything else, could walk everywhere. Defo would recommend this place and we will return. Thank you

The property excellent, room was very clean, location can not be better , air conditioning was fine according to Europe. The only problem the coffee machine was not working by the second day but that was not a problem, because there are plenty of cafes around the hotel. You can walk to the raynek , to the train station , Wawel castle ,getto. Is in the second floor no lift , not for people with mobility problems.I would definitely stay again.

Pobyt w tym hotelu był niesamowity - personel był niezwykle pomocny, a hotel utrzymany był w doskonałej czystości.
Pokój był pięknie urządzony, a jego lokalizacja była idealna - blisko wszystkich głównych atrakcji miasta.
Cieszyło mnie również, że mogłam cieszyć się ciszą i spokojem w komfortowym otoczeniu, a klimatyzacja zapewniła mi przyjemny wypoczynek po dniu pełnym zwiedzania.

The place was very clean staff were accommodating
Only draw back they have no elevators and after a long day on a tour going up three flights of stairs was very tiring.

This was a unique and well-kept property. Those at the registration desk went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were beautiful and clean.
The online description should include the fact that the only way to the rooms is up the stairs. There is no elevator.
