Greeting was fantastic. Rooms very nice. Breakfast ok. Very noisy and dusty outside due to roadworks. Convenient location to main sites. Good value. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Novotel before the holidays. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the rooms were spacious and had a nice welcome message there. The swimming pool, which was a decision determining factor when we booked this hotel, was closed, however. So that was a bummer. The parking was available in the garage below the hotel, which was convenient.

A regular Novotel
Posted 27 Jan 2024 on HotelsLocation is connected to the old town, although not most convenient for pedestrians. Probably best if you come by car though. It is a conference hotel after all.
Long check-in: no staff at the counter, waited for two minutes until a bar staff, who had a bill to deposit, called a person across in the back office.
Executive room is large and comfy, as well as clean.
TV was not working (no signal on any TV channel, and the built-in YouTube app was “not available”).
