Great idea but staff is not so great

Amazing location. We were looking forward to wake up peacefully with the river views, and no rush since the breakfast was served until 1pm. Sadly that didn't happen. After first night we got woken up by consistent knocking at 9:45. I woke up walked down only to be asked if I need houskeeping. Like seriously empty rooms are being cleaned at 12:00 why do you wake your guests upat 9:45? Next day even worse at 8:30 we got woken up by a lady handing me over 6 bottles of water. I don't know if the lady did it to get tips, but all she got is not returning customers. I mean if I need something I would call and ask for it. I rather sleep thou. When we were checking out I was about to raise this with a lady at reception but she didn't even ask how was our stay and started looking after other clients who drank the whole minibar. Other clients got 15 percent of on direct booking, we were not even asked if all was okay. Our advice would be, use that do not disturb sign if you want to have a peaceful stay and you will love it.

Just perfect! Modern and easy with great, straightforward facilities made simple in a unique and beautiful location with really professional, friendly helpful and down to earth staff Stay here!

It was nice being on the river but no access for taxis. Staff not very knowledgeable. A little too far from the centre. The website describes a bar and breakfast buffet but this is not on site, it is up several flights of not well maintained concrete steps, in a separate hotel.

May I add that taxis go to the nearest possible place, we are located on the water, so it is not possible for a taxi to come to the entrance.
