Very disappointed that there were a lot of items not available at breakfast. Sevices ended early. The room was cold. Considering these problems the price should have been lower.

It is a really nice place , The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room is.clean and nice. It is Located near the metro or transit walkable to any area you would like to go..

Noise

First ,the hotel price is very low compared with other hotels in Krakow. But I don’t recommend. Especially,you are on a business trip. Because,the surrounding is very very noisy very noisy very noisy. Because,it locates in a “entrance”a BRIDGE crossing the River “connecting the suburb and the downtown,so there is a main and busy public stops,TRAMS(almost every 2-3 minute weekday and Saturday),buses many many car ,motor when coming toward to the downtown or passing thru the bridge to the suburb area,they began to speed just before the hotels,noise and shakes,honking horn,even you close the window. Will be quiet after 2:00am every day. Breakfast is good. 49 local money/person. I came to the hotel early at 8:00am to ask for good room,but unfortunately when checking in in the afternoon,I was given this noisy room,I have to stay here at least 4 days. I think if in Summer,I can’t stay in the room or I will be fighting or aggressive. TV Doesn't work. I walk round,so room number ending 21,22,23,24,25…….are or facing the road. Reception are ok, but not that warmly. 如果在香港,這個就是 RED ROOF。
