It was a good place to stay. I had no issues with anything. For the most part it was quiet.

Room was beautiful, staff were second to none. First time in Krakow and magic memories have been made.

Nice enough but a bit disappointing
Posted 1 Jun 2023 on HotelsThe apartment was ok but it looked nothing like the apartment in the advert I was expecting something much nicer. It was clean enough, but the condition wasn’t great, there were wires hanging off the balcony which was full of bird poo, electric sockets were hanging out the wall, bits of skirting board were loose off , towels were supposed to be changed each day but no one came in to clean, and no one has bothered to reply to my complaint. The apartment itself was quite noisy, other residents shouting and arguing. It was ok but not as nice as I’d hoped.
