We had a lovely stay at this property over the new year period, room was very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Not a lot local to the hotel but tram to city very frequently running outside so that didn’t really bother us! Would definitely stay again and are hoping to return sometime this year.

Stayed fone week in Nov. 2023. Quality of food for breakfast was average -much less than the quality of the Ibis Styles in Warsaw. Quality of purchased food in lounge was below average. Facility was clean and in a very safe area. IT district of Krakow, hotel was 25 min walk to Old Towne district. Staff was professional and very pleasant.

The staff was very accommodating and patient. Breakfast was fresh every day. The hotel is mere feet from the tram line that goes straight into the heart of the city. Shops and general stores were also quite close by.

Worst experience ever

I arrived after midnight only to find out that there was overbooking and I don't have a room. We spent more than 45 minutes to find another hotel since Ibis not only didn't book me a room but also didnt make sure I have an alternative. I will never stay at an Ibis and will recommend other people to stay away from this chain.
