I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The property itself is good looking and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable. The room featured a large bathroom with a great soaking tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Additionally, the AC in the room ensured a comfortable stay.
However, the WiFi was poor and inconsistent, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this, the hotel’s other qualities make it a worthwhile choice, especially for its prime location and excellent facilities.

First, the staff was fabulous. Excellent English, and jumping from behind the counter to be helpful (more that once!). Room view meh, but it was well appointed, temp control was easy. There is a little bar with the restaurant but they will be happy to bring a drink down to a very plush lounge downstairs. Really close to great food, and the museum next door is pretty good. Very reasonable room rate, breakfast is nice. They are happy to book transport to the airport and other sites. Great place, would stay here again.

I’ve stayed here a couple times and really enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is great, one problem can be the noise late at night in the area, but other than that this is a really good choice for enjoying the old city of Kraków.

Great location but can be noisy at night if you’re facing the street. Staff is lovely and helpful. Rooms are very clean and well appointed.

Historical hotel in the old town. Beautifully decorated. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bountiful breakfast buffet. Close to heart of the city.

Lovely hotel very periodic, all the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, staff are all very professional and polite, my mini fridge didn’t work and the drain for the sink was blocked but this happens so not a major problem and I cleared it myself as I’m in the trade.
All in all, a lovely hotel in a quiet area, wouldn’t hesitate in recommending a stay here.
