In the case of this room, this is something that our guests always praise and are happy that they have close access to a kitchenette shared only with two other rooms.As for duvets - I don't know what standards are in the place where you live, but in our rooms there are standard duvets from one of the popular Swedish stores and they are 200 cm long. These may not be thick winter duvets, as in Sweden, but they are universal all-season duvets, and it rarely happens that in a warm room someone complains about the duvet being too thin. However, I understand that sometimes people have different thermal comfort, and they may not have been warm enough for you, for which I am sorry, but in this case, all you had to do was report it - we would provide more blankets. As for the leak in the bathroom - the receptionist understood what was going on and let the appropriate person know. You forgot to add that several minutes after reporting the failure, it was removed, even though it was a Saturday. Breakdowns happen in every hotel, I'm sorry, but I also think we acted quite quickly. As for garbage - there are no garbage bins in the rooms, they are located in the corridor in the kitchenette, and they are taken out from there every day. And lastly, our tenement house dates back to 1939 and is located in the very historical center of Krakow - perhaps the current renovation may be burdensome and disturb the aesthetic impression, but calling it tacky is at least inappropriate.Nevertheless, I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations and that you did not feel good with us.
