Lovely hotel right in the heart of Krakow. Beautiful surroundings and easy to get to. The included breakfast had plenty of choice and was lovely to sit in the square in the morning to eat. Would return

Our overall treatment was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The location in the centre of the old city was superb.

The check in process was inflexible. Sitting in lobby for hours and they wouldn’t open a room until EXACTLY 3 pm. They told me they had 50 people checking out and 50 people checking in. So…,,not one will be ready before 3 pm? Tough for Intermational travelers.

We stayed 3 nights and absolutely loved it, we dropped our bags off at 11.30, when we got back to check in our bags we’re already in our room!!
The room was fantastic, we had a room overlooking the square, the mini bar in the fridge is complimentary(all soft drinks), there is a welcome bottle of Prosecco on ice when you arrive in your room!!
We enjoyed breakfast every morning outside the hotel overlooking the square!!
We cannot recommend this hotel enough and look forward to using it again in the future.

Very beautiful room and property, felt very welcomed upon arrival. Right in the main square, surrounded by dining options and shops. Would stay again.
