This hotel was very modern clean and a very nice place to stay. The food choice at breakfast was varied and was very satisfying. We went on a day trip and the hotel was accommodating with a take away breakfast. If in Krakow I would stay here again.

Had an excellent stay! The hotel is within walking distance of the old town and the staff made the stay very welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful rooms, easy walking distance to old town, quiet and safe. Staff were helpful.

The hotel was excellent- very modern ,very clean, lovely room well maintained and cleaned. Mostly quiet- normal traffic not a problem but even though the main tram route passed ourside it wasn't disturbing and didn't wake you.
The food was faultless and every member of staff was friendly, efficient and very hard-working.
Special mention for two restaurant/bar staff Ania and especially Inna- nothing too much trouble! Thank you.

Stayed here for 4 nights in March 2024. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of public transport as well as many of the tourist sights.
Hotel is spotlessly clean, bedding and towels changed daily. Despite being on a main road, it is very quiet both in the rooms and communal areas. Paid £3 extra per person per night for breakfast which was exceptional value for money, even had a packed lunch one day when we were leaving early for a trip. Staff are very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend

Lovely modern hotel in a great location. Very quiet rooms that were well maintained. Very good breakfast too.

Happy But

Breakfast was terrible buffet cold scrambled egg mixed veg to name a few
No bacon at all we enquired on first morning to be told it changes every day after 4th morning still no change thankfully the continental was just about edible
Needs a lot of attention before we return there shame it spoiled the rest of the hotel

Great location! The facility was gorgeous. The room was comfortable and worth the money. The location is so central. The front desk workers were very polite. The only issue our shower wouldn’t drain and it flooded the bathroom. They did not offer to clean or fix the shower drain.
