Loved this hotel!
It was beautifully decorated. Quirky.
The restaurant was fantastic. A real treat to stay here.

Loved the hotel, quirky all rooms are different decor.
Only issue would be breakfast time it was a bit chaotic.
I would definitely be stopping again but minus breakfast

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! In a great location as it was only a 10 minute walk to the centre! Plus the stage where extremely friendly and helpful when we had any questions or request!

Second stay at aparthotel Oberza, such a gem. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful. Every room is different with lots of fun and unique touches. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Hot shower with good pressure, the provided slippers are appreciated. Breakfast is very good, I need the recipe for their plum cake (heavenly). Historic area with lots of cafes and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Poland!

The location was quite good, still a little bit of a walk to the old town and castle. Staff were very friendly and even allowed us to check in late which was good. Room was reasonably clean.
The room facilities are below what aparthotel wpuld offer. Room was very small and cramped. No space even for a table. The bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable we kept waking up during the night because of the pain and waking up in the morning with back pain. You could hear noises coming out of the coorridor. If you are looking for comfortable sleep this is not the room I would recommend.

There are a lot of places to eat nearby. The beds weren't super comfortable, but also not the worst bed I've had in a hotel. I thought the hotel was super cool. You can see that the stairs have a history and so much character!

Well located, clean and characterful property. Rooms are tiny and not particularly comfortable for anything except sleeping in, not well equipped.. There is a breakfast offering which was ok, staff were friendly but not proactive. It was.a decent stay but I wouldn't stay there again

Dirty room and not fresh food
Posted 31 May 2022 on HotelsGot food poisoned in the restaurant, unpleasant stuff and dirty room: found a whole nail on the bathroom floor. Food was bad, like really disappointingly bad both breakfast and the proper restaurant. I got bad food poisoning from it. Won’t be coming back. Krakow is amazing and full of lovely hotels, this wasn’t one of them
