Bad experience

Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded.

Sorry for bad experience stay with us. But, do to we provided service with self services and catering. We not provide service like hotel service. This may made you un happy stay with us. We terribly sorry for this matter.

整體來說是很好的,有職員幫我們check in,介紹住宅規則、附近食肆、一日遊資料,留下電話讓我們可隨時聯絡 唯一缺點是住幾天期間不會清潔,若要清潔需另收費
