The room was very small for 3 people. The toilet was also very very small. When we took a shower, everything in the toilet was wet due to no curtain. However, the facility in the room was Ok. There was also a refrigeration in the room which was a plus. Staffs were very nice.

Compact but comfortable

compact, but quiet & comfortable. everything you need, even a hair dryer. Manager very helpful with transport advice.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room is tiny. The place is 3 - 5 minutes walk to nearby Tsim Sha Tsui MtR station. It is a walking distance to Kowloon Park and Star Ferry Boat. The only concern is the old elevator. It needs renovation or change.

Great location/ staircase a smelly 6 story climb

Close to China Ferry, Kowloon Park & Nathan road, 7/11 next door, & late night restaurant on other side = good location. Room was compact/ shower over toilet & sink, but functional. Lift to 5th floor reception “out of service”, needed to climb 6 floors to guestroom - smelly trash on every landing, & no staff assistance with luggage.
