We booked the room on 3 Sep 2023 for staying 6 nights from 27/10/23 - 2/11/23. The price is about RM991 (or HKD1675) for 6 nights. I booked for twin room, but the operator provided us a double room without window at 13th Floor near to the main reception counter. The room is equipped with Wi-Fi, heater, air-cond, 2 plastic chairs, 6 cloth hangers, towel hanger, hair dryer, 1 small table with 2 drawers, 1 dustbin, TV (not working and informed operator without action). My room was not clean-up and 2 towels were not changed during my 6 nights' stay. They provided shampoo & soap set for our first stay and no refill after that. Check in time is 3pm while check out time is by 11am. We are allowed to store our luggage at the counter after check out. Hygiene level is satisfactory. Mirador Mansion is very convenient place and walkable to MTR Tsim Sha Tsui / East TST Stations, A21 airport bus stop, Commercial Press Bookstore, Kowloon Mosque, Kowloon Park, Cafe de Coral (Chung King Mansion), Space Museum, K11 Musea, TST Post Office, Signal Hill Garden and etc. I will stay at this place again to save money on accommodation.

It did not live up to the advertising. No double bed which was requested; no towels provided; no window; hot water good but shower/toilet so small that everything got wet; a $500 deposit for the key was required but this was not in the advertising; Generally a dodgy place.

Dear Valued Customers, Some guests may not be familiar with Hong Kong hotels, and we can understand them. However, such negative information was sent out because of misunderstanding, and misunderstandings were made to other guests. This kind of ethos does damage the personal qualities of the compatriots. As the operator of the reception, we understand that this equivalent price (such as the exchange of US dollars) is already the price of star-rated hotels in many foreign countries. So before we arrived at the front desk, we sent an email and so on, so that the guests were mentally prepared in advance. In addition, we also recommend that guests measure their needs before booking, such as room size, number of people, number of bags, etc., to avoid misunderstanding before check-in, to be a savvy traveler. free upgrade to use the cold showers 3 floors above. gee thanks. walking through clouds of cigarette smoke to exit between the room and lift area. staff opening the room telling me check out is 10.00am when my confirmation e-mail has 11.00am double the price of my last stay here and not even half as good.

Since the hot water supply is public, it is assumed that there will be no hot water in some rooms, provided that the guests in the same unit are used up. In view of this, we have also set up a boutique room - hot water supply for 24 hours, room equipment, size and so on. The location of the hotel is very accessible. MTR is very near, Western Union and restaurants. For me, the price of the hotel is very affordable. The staff especially Austin is very nice. We chose to have additional $150 because we don't want shared bathroom(this was indicated in hotel's terms and conditions) and the room has no window. He gave us a room with windows and with the same rate since we have a child. He was so nice and accomodating. he can speak good English too. The room was small but its enough for the three of us. Wifi is also available. I didn't expect the service and the room condition was good because the price was too cheap.

Good location but rooms are not clean

Bad. Poor sleep thruout. Bedsheets and pillow cases don't smell clean don't feel clean
