It was a pleasure stay for 9 days.. the are is very convenient, easy access to MTR. Lots of dining options near the area. Hotel service was excellent. People in the front desk was very helpful and friendly

We like everything about this boutique hotel, friendly staff, nice room, good services and convenient location. We highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The staff were amazing and accommodating for our many questions and requests. Commication was in English, Cantonese and Mandarin to name a few. Housekeeping were very friendly and prompt. The staff greeted us in the hallways and went out of their way to help our stay feel comfortable, even calling us in the room to ask if we needed service before entering. Breakfast at Kitchen Savvy is complementary for those booking direct with the hotel. Unlike most hotels nowadays, breakfast is serviced with a menu and wait-staff (not continental). The hotel is also located within 4 minutes walking distance of Jordan MTR station (B2 exit) and directly across from multiple bus stops along Nathan Road. It is also walking distance to famous local eats including Australian Dairy Company, Mak Man Noodle Shop and Kai Kai Dessert. We have truly had a lovely stay at Hotel Stage.

We arrived at the Stage hotel on 3/21 and we were immediately greeted by very friendly front desk staffs. Both Heidi and Rachel are super efficient and accommodating. When we notified them that one of the electrical outlets didn’t work, within minutes, Mary was at our door with the maintenance crew. Issue was resolved immediately , wow, talk about efficiency! On next day, we inquired about where we can make some copies of our documents, once again, both Heidi and Rachel jumped into action and offered to make the copies for us. As the documents were of an unusual size, they painstakingly and patiently helped us until we had the right image. We truly appreciated their willingness to help and their top notch customer service! Time and time again, they greeted us with warm smiles and professionalism. On our last day, they offered to help us ordered a large cab which fitted our 9 pieces of luggages. It was due to their suggestion that we saved ordering a second cab to the airport. We all agreed both Heidi and Rachel are the best front desk personnel we have the fortune of encountering and due to this awesome experience, we are already planning our next stay at the Stage hotel next time we visit Hong Kong. We have already highly recommended this hotel to all our friends and families! Again, just want to say a huge Thank You to Rachel, Heidi and Sandy for their unwavering hospitality and top notch service! Bravo!!
