The indian reception man was very rude and inconsiderate. It was unacceptable. I didnt make it to hkg (due to culture custom) but my aunty and cousin were there to check in but it was then we knew they couldn't check in without me due to the country's riduculous policy. The room was fully paid and they didn't want to refund on it!! They took advantage on my small money for their own goodness. It was a nightmare to deal with the arrogant receptionist (he was a lame didn't want to give his name). He triple up the price to book the same room. But my aunt couldn't afford such unreasonable price. The man chased them away when my aunt decided not to book with them. He was gladly to open the exit door and asked them to leave the hotel. FYI, my aunty is 60 years old. I advise not to deal with this hotel and not to get the same experience.

Excellent location. The staff is nice. Room is clean. This is not my first stay there and i m always happy

Location is perfect. People who work there are very nice. Room is clean and renovated. This is my 4th stay there and always happy

Second time there. Overall clean,functionnal and great location for a very good price. The personnal is very helpful especially Aki .

Nice small room and nice And quiet. Have a kettle in hallway for making coffee. There are reception staff until 11.30pm

The staff member was very rude. He spoke limited English with a thick accent so it's very hard to understand him. It did not help when he kept yelling at me sometimes in Chinese and I understood a little of the bad words he's using. I asked for his name and again he's very rude and unprofessional. He hung up on me all of the sudden. My issue was not resolved.

Hotel was OK. Location was good. But the service was terrible. When I checked out and asked for help to get a taxi cab to the airport nicely, the service personnel were so mad and threw the room access cards to the table and ordered us back to our room to call for ourselves. Also, the room access card will not work intermittently. Worse of all, it would not even lock on one day, so I asked the service personnel to fix it. He said he would fix it later and told me there was security camera and don't worry about it. After he said he fixed it, the lock couldn't be opened. It took us half an hour to go back to the office to get it fixed. I'll not recommend this hotel to anybody.

I couldn’t contact the hotel for check in, the room is not like what is shown in the picture. Too small and the smell is so bad! Suitable for backpackers not family
