It was OK for one night. I would not like to spend a week there. The staff are very helpful though.

the parking area is a bit scary and the elevator to the parking area is a nightmare because there’s only one lift and the wait could be long. self check in might be troublesome as the staff dont really give you complete information

Booked 2 bedrooms for 4 persons with sea view but given a city facing room instead. We arrived after 9pm then we had to go to their office in another building with our luggages to pick up the keys in a locker. Then we had to drag our golf bags across the road to the apartment. Hotels.com advised me to contact the property management at least 72 hours before arriving with the number given. I only managed to get hold of the person after several attempts. When I finally got an answer the person answering was not happy as he was having his dinner. I only managed to get a message in the morning of our stay with all the details of the check in procedure. The most annoying part was that I was told to deposit 200RM through bank transfer. I told him I have to Malaysian bank account. Then I was asked to put cash into the locker when we pick up the keys. I would never stay here again. Ever!

A terrible property in a excellent location. They should do more to upgrade the property not as below——- Molded bathrooms Stinky towels Broken AC and fans Broken door key Filthy furnitures

Dirty. Avoid.

If you want a big room, S&S is a good start. For a fairly small amount of money, the room is spacious. The shopping mall downstairs is ok for lunch and dinner but even Starbucks doesn’t open until 10am. So no breakfast near. That’s all that’s good. Check in: unless you have internet connection, you’re stuffed. There’s no information on where to go, where to park or how to find the office. The deposit had to be in cash despite saying credit card on Hotels.com. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance. No explanation. The gym is residents only. The room was disgustingly unclean. Mould on doors. Ants all over the bed. Scuffed paintwork. Hairs in the shower head. I complained and was told they were fully booked so couldn’t clean properly?! I pointed out four other rooms available. They cleaned. A bit. More ants arrived. This time flying ones all over the bed. Even the curtains had disgusting brown stains and a rip in wallpaper had been hidden by a badly hung picture. Two person room, self catering. In the kitchen: one bowl. One glass. I complained. They removed the bowl all together. Put in a second glass. There are so many options in KK. I’d avoid this one.

No access to gym, wall outside apt.dirty had to direct staff to clean, shower had some cracked tiles, dirty curtains, sliding door to balcony lock not working- secuity risk, no safe deposit box in suite, no card access to office level on floor 3 had to call & staff not responding to call or text, no cutlery minimal dishes/pots/pans, wall paper by bed missing-sort of covered by mounted picture, no english TV channels, poor soundproofing constantly hearing elevator ring/beep and suite on flight path of airport Great location, good price, helpful staff when able to speak with
