Very disappointing stay. Entrance is really hard to find after the taxi dropped us at the listed address. We were given a room card and a lift card for a room number 1914. There is no signage anywhere so finding the room was as hard as finding the hotel. When we got our floor, room 14 didn't exist so we had to carry all our luggage back down to reception only to be told to look for room 13B instead (14 is not Feng Shui although the lift card did have 14 on it). The room must not have been ventilated or checked before we checked in as it smelled like paint and there was a cockroach on the desk. Design is nice and new but the finish is very poor with cables showing. There was no staff to check us out in the morning so we accidentally took the lift card. Since then they have been hounding on email and WhatsApp (!) even after i informed that is was already in the post. You are better off staying in Kota Kinabalu central because taxi's to or from the airport are 30MYR regardless of your location and KK is less than 30m from the airpoirt.

Noisy at night & isolated setting

Building is new, lots of empty areas so not a welcoming space. Rooms fine, clean, spacious & comfortable with unusual swinging seats & lots of chairs. Hard to find entrance as name different from booking. Noisy with building sites either side operating until 2.30am & planes roaring over head.
