Buffet breakfast is excellent, the staff are very helpful. Also, room cleaning is efficient too.

The original check in time was 3 pm but i waited until 6 pm, they said the room is not ready.
I felt bad a little bit at first, but room was clean and the sea view was awesome.
There was a small problem that we could not flush toilet but it was fixed by the person in the hotel.

Was not told when booking the facilities were not available (swimming pool). Constant smell of damp throughout the hotel.

Location - good and safe. Hotel door was a bit too tight so had to use a bit of weight on the door whenever we open it. There are 2 convenience stores opposite the hotel, around 3 min walk. Bedroom slippers, hair dryer and necessities like lotion and soap etc were provided. 2 bottles of mineral waters were being provided as well daily. Hotel room was clean, just a bit dark, could be brighter. Hotel breakfast was not the best, but ok, lots of variety. Parking was cheap, RM4 for 24 hours for basement carpark parking. Would stay here again if I am here!
