fine place, no service and double booking.
Posted 4 Feb 2019 on HotelsThe Apartment was fine, It was not clean but ok. We were instructed to pick-up the key and that went well, but in the apartment it was stated that we should have had 2, i Kontaktet the kontaktperson that we only had one and got no respons. The worst thing was on the night before your departure where at 11.45 pm 6 men came in in the apartment because they also had a key and a reservation. This is under no circumstances acceptable.

2 days before the booking date, my family got accident and couldnt go there. Hoping for refund since its emergency situation and already provide a proof to them. Unfortunately no consideration from their side

Location is very nice, close to the beach and shop

Sofa seats are dirty.
TV remote not working.
Only one airconditioning remote control is useful for all rooms.
Worse still, one of the toilet bowl🚽doesn't flush properly. The dirty water/waste comes up instead. Luckily we only stayed for one night.
Management does not respond to complains satisfactorily.

Poor service spoils an otherwise excellent holiday
Posted 20 Apr 2017 on HotelsHad very bad experience with check-in. Delayed on the roads and could not contact the property operator on arrival just before 9pm. Hotels.com staff were of no help. Found out later that the telephone number listed with Hotels.com is an office number and that the office closes at 6pm!
After numerous failed attempts at reaching the property operator, and as it was getting late and we were all very tired, we had no choice but to source for alternative accommodation.
It was only on getting access to Wi-Fi after checking in, did we receive a WhatsApp message from the property operator telling us where the room keys were left. We ended up sleeping after midnight and paying for two rooms!
Would strongly suggest that Hotels.com ensure all hotel/property operators are contactable at all times and work out a more reliable communications and messaging system. Hotel/property operators should not assume that all travellers are hooked on to Wi-Fi and have data access!
